Joseph and Tonya Cuozzo are Certified Master Color Experts (MCEs) with Wella Professionals LA and NYC. Tonya is also a Top Artist on Sebastian Professional’s North American Design Team. They continue to work globally as International Artists for COTY Inc. They can be seen on stage, backstage, at Fashion Week as well as directing photoshoots and commercials. They bring over 20 years of experience combined to their craft and remain committed to continue their passion for knowledge.
